Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 3, 2026

1. Who we are

Apex Affinity Group (“Apex,” “we,” “us”) operates reachtheapex.net and the member platform behind it. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email, phone, address, and the username used for your replicated site, provided when you enroll through a representative’s referral link.
  • Tax and payout information — for distributors: Social Security Number or EIN (stored encrypted, used for tax reporting such as IRS Form 1099) and bank account details used solely to pay commissions.
  • Licensing information — for licensed agents: National Producer Number (NPN) and licensing status, used for carrier contracting and compliance.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. We retain transaction records (amounts, dates, product, refund status) to operate the business and calculate commissions.
  • Usage information — standard technical data such as pages visited, and the referral attribution used to credit the representative who invited you.

3. How we use information

  • Provide and operate your account, replicated site, and member tools;
  • Process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and commission payouts;
  • Meet tax, licensing, and other legal obligations;
  • Send transactional and service email (from the theapexway.net domain);
  • Support carrier contracting and insurance operations for licensed agents;
  • Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the business:

  • Payment processing — Stripe (payments, subscriptions, payouts);
  • Email delivery — Resend (transactional and service email);
  • Insurance operations — insurance carriers and agency-management systems used for contracting and production reporting, for licensed agents;
  • Your upline representative — limited information (such as name and enrollment status) visible in team-management tools;
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Security

Sensitive identifiers such as SSNs and EINs are stored encrypted. Access to member data is restricted by role, payment credentials are held by our payment processor rather than by us, and mass email is sent with recipient addresses concealed. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat financial and identity data with heightened protection.

6. Retention

We retain account, transaction, and commission records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, and regulatory purposes. You may request deletion of your account; some records (for example, tax filings and payment history) must be kept for the periods required by law.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Access, update, or correct your account information in your dashboard profile;
  • Unsubscribe from non-essential email using the link in the message;
  • Request a copy or deletion of your personal information by contacting us (below);
  • Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor verified requests consistent with applicable law.

8. Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
